Forgotten Carols Weekend

Clark and I attended Michael McLean's "The Forgotten Carols" play last year. It was so enjoyable that I decided to take my girls this year. Through one challenge or another, Megan and Jamie were the only girls of mine that attended. We recruited a few extras -- Sheila (my niece), Marilyn (a very dear friend), and Vicki (Jamie's Aunt).

Marilyn, Sheila, and I arrived in SLC with time to spare so we spent an hour or so in Gardner Village. I made a post about the witches in October. They do elves in December. Of course we made a pass through the Village Christmas Store. Sheila found ornaments for her kids and her two nieces that fit their interests perfectly.

We all met at Olive Garden for dinner. Oh so yummy. Then we moved on to the play.

Michael McLean is an awesome entertainer. After the play, he did a one man show. It was almost as good as the play. I can't wait to go again next year.
