Batman (aka known as Jake) made a special guest appearance at the beginning of the evening. Lucky us. We sure love this little man.
Erin knew she was going to boot camp soon, so we had a going away BBQ for her in our back yard. The weather was absolutely freezing cold. But -- the wind wasn't blowing, which has been a rare time the last few weeks. We had many friends and family come to wish her well with her new adventure. 
Several of her very favorite Young Women leaders were also here to encourage her. 
Bethany has just had a book accepted for publishing. I don't know what name she writes under so I can't tell you what author to look for next fall, but we are all so proud of her and extremely grateful for the good influence she is with Erin. 
Lilli and Jake finished the evening with a great board game -- inside where it was warm.
