Lije & Jake at Grandpa's

Lijiah was out of school on the 6th, so I drove to SLC and picked them up and brought them to Vernal for the weekend. When he was in preschool it was a year round school and they had long breaks more often so we got to have them come visit for longer times several times during the year. Kindergarten is a traditional school year so we have to grab a long weekend whenever we can. We received a four wheeler from Clark's parents and Clark is trying to get it up and running so we can put the snow blade on it before the first big storm. He is so excited to not have to shovel our driveway (and all the other ones he does in the neighborhood) by hand this year. The kids were so excited just to drive around the back yard with Grandpa.
Rhett and Natalie joined us for Sunday dinner and they brought their two dogs with them. Harlee, the black lab. Hazel, the shorthair (I think). Poor Hazel. Jake had so much fun tackling her and then yelling "I got her. I got her."

First it was dog pile on the dogs. They were such good sports. No growling or nipping at all.

Then it was dog pile on the kids. Uncle Rhett is so much fun.

They were playing "Crack the Egg". I'd say Lijiah's egg was cracked.
