We started off the month of May with a fun, busy weekend in St. George. Rhett and Natalie both graduated from Dixie State College with their Associates degrees. We attended the graduation ceremonies -- commencement and convocation (I now know the difference) -- on Friday.
This was the 100
th Anniversary of Dixie. It started as an
LDS church school and progressed until it is now a State College. In honor of this century mark, President Thomas S.
Monson was the featured commencement speaker. We are so used to seeing him in his role as prophet and president of the church, it was interesting to see him in a different role. We don't often hear applause after he speaks. He talked about being a bridge builder. He encouraged the graduates to build bridges of positive attitude, service, and integrity.

Saturday morning we loaded up what was left of their belongings and headed north to their new home in Spanish Fork, just around the corner from Adam's family. Rhett had already moved a lot of their stuff up on previous trips. That little Ranger has proved to be quite the moving truck and Rhett is a packer/loader
extraordinaire. This trip we had Adam's truck, the Ranger, the Mitsubishi, and Clark's truck loaded. We made quite the Hillbilly caravan. We are so blessed to have family to help and support us.
Jarod and Jamie were waiting in Spanish Fork to help unload.
