Each year the 18 and older women of the Olsen Family take a weekend (actually it is only about 24 hours) and have a get away. We went to a play in February and had so much fun we decided to go again in August. This time we went to Grand Junction, CO. We were considerably shorter in numbers than we were in Feb. While we were wandering around the mall we tried on some really cool hats. My phone takes an OK photo -- if you hold still while shooting. Something I need to practice obviously.
Downtown Junction has some really cool statues. Much to Callie's mom's dismay, I encouraged her to give the bike a try. No one got thrown in jail so it must have been OK.
We were standing around this cool buffalo made out of old car bumpers waiting for someone that would take a picture of the whole group when two good friends from Vernal happened by and did the honors for us. Thanks Linda and Colleen.
