Food Fight??

Adam's family was in Vernal for the Labor Day weekend. When they were ready to leave our house on Monday afternoon, Adam picked up a few crab apples that had fallen off the tree and chucked them at Mick. Before long it was an all out war and even Tori got involved until she got hit a little too hard and went to her mom for sympathy. Mick was so excited. He just kept saying over and over "I've never had a food fight before!", as he'd pick up another handful and throw them at his dad.

It brought back the memories of days gone by when Clark and the kids would play rotten tomato baseball in the garden when all the canning was complete and there were still tomatoes on the vines. Now that was a food fight. What a blessing digital cameras are to families now. We didn't take many photos of all the activities our family participated in. Special events got attention, but every day activities were passed by. Aww, for a picture of Clark and the kids covered in smashed tomatoes . . . . .
