The Circle of Life

Clark's father, Duane Hall, passed away yesterday, February 28th, 2010. He will be missed by many. March seems to be a month for funerals in my family. Duane will be buried on the 8th anniversary of my mom's death, March 4th. My dad died on Mom's birthday, March 11, 19 years ago. My son-in-law took his own life on March 17th two years ago. Clark's Grandmother McNeill also passed away in March. It has been many years ago, but my Grandfather Barker passed away on the evening of the day my sister gave birth to twin boys. If we didn't have the knowledge of the plan of salvation, how truly sad all this would be. But we do!!!! So we know that Duane is no longer in pain. He is having a reunion with his parents and four of his brothers & sister -- including his twin, Wayne. Maybe my folks even stopped by for a quick hello. Jamie made the comment today that "Grandpa gets to meet Kade." I'm not sure how all the comings and goings will work in heaven, but I sure want to believe that Grandpa is giving him some cuddle time. Maybe that's why Kade hasn't made an appearance yet.

While we have had numerous deaths in the month of March. We have had even more births, and what joy that brings us. I love my joy, Megan Joy. So many nieces have also brought happiness to my life. I'm sorry our relationships have been so rocky at times. But I do love you gals!!

We come. We go. Pre-mortal. Earth. Eternal. The circle of life continues.
