This is the second annual "Real Men Cook for the Museum" fund raiser for the Friends of the Museum, meaning the local Museum of Natural History, more commonly known at the Hall house as the dinosaur zoozeum. About 20 local businessmen cook something and then serve a small portion to the community members that have purchased tickets. This year Clark (or me) prepared my "famous" apple pudding (kind of like a cake). Clark did prepare the sauce at the school. Yummy stuff. We had a number of requests for the recipe. He and his friend, Tom Howells, really enjoy participating in this event.
